The vineyards grow next to the natural reserve of fiume Belìce, which runs down to the sea, enjoying the fresh sea breezes

Territory of origin: Contrada Urra di mare - Menfi (AG)

Grape: Sauvignon Blanc 100%

Wine type: Bianco Sicilia DOC

Soil: Clayey, loose-paked

Yield per ha: 8500 kg/ha

Vine density per ha: 4000 - 4500 plants / ha

Altitude: 80 - 150 m asl

Exposure: Facing south and southwest

Vinification: Cryomaceration of the grapes at 5 - 8 °C in the press, 

fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16 °C

Maturation: 3 months in stainless steel tanks

Bottle ageing: 4 months

Colour: Straw yellow with bright highlights of gold

Nose : Intense aromas of citrus and fruits such as peaches, apricots and grapefruit, finely balanced with hints of mint and basil

Palate: This is a beautifully balanced wine that is crisp and rerefshing with lots of personality

Alcohol content: 12,5% vol
