The Strega liqueur is produced in Benevento by the Alberti family who jealously confers its formula since 1860. It comes from the hot distillation of small stills, of about 70 fine herbs and spices, coming from all over the world. The characteristic golden color is obtained thanks to the addition of the precious saffron to the aromatic herb distillate. The aging in oak vats then allows the perfect composition of the bouquet of exclusive aromas. Its versatility makes it ideal as an ingredient in refined long drinks and cocktails.
