RAW MATERIAL Cortese white wine, Cardoon Hunchback of Nizza Monferrato, Cardoon Santo, Cardoon Mariano and artichoke leaves, pigeon, juniper, gentian lutea berries, cloves, licorice root, cardamom, lemon, bark and marjoram.

DISTILLATION Infusion of Nizza Monferrato Hunchback Cardoon and all the other ingredients in Cortese white wine of Piedmontese origin.

COLOR Fawn, almost amber, with brilliant reflections and a transparent shade of dark brown.

BOUQUET The nose is intense and complex, the result of the blend of the different extracts and the long ageing. The spicy notes of Hunchback Thistle, gentian, clary sage and licorice stand out; hints of dried fruit, grapes and ginger also emerge.

TASTE On the palate it is sweet, full and harmonious, reflecting the extraordinary balance between the sweet note, the bitterness of some medicinal herbs and the pleasant sapidity conferred by the wine. The taste experience is unique, characterized by a pleasantness that cannot be found in other bitters, also due to the moderate alcohol content.
