One of the best known and appreciated Italian sweet sparkling wines with Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin, is obtained by the soft pressing of the whole grapes, followed by the clarification and filtration of the must before fermentation in autoclave (Charmat method).

Aging: it is a wine that should be drunk young, to fully appreciate its extraordinary freshness. A few days after bottling, the wine is ready for consumption. The personality of this Asti originates from a vintage cuvée, the result of a careful selection of the best grapes of each harvest. Unique in its kind, Asti Millesimato Fontanafredda is the aromatic sparkling wine that makes every occasion a party, the ideal companion for a thousand moments of joy and joy.

To the eye it appears a beautiful straw yellow color.

On the nose it has sweet notes of musk, linden flowers, acacia, sage and honey.

On the palate it is pleasantly sweet, fragrant.
