It is the family reserve, a limited quantity taken after a long aging in the most ancient and precious barrels of the centuries-old Acetaia (1600 - 1700) only when ripening and aromas reach the level recognized by the Righteous as 'Red Band'. It appears dark dark brown to the eye, the density is high and full-bodied, on the nose it has an intense aroma rich in balsamic aromas responsible for its unmistakable bouquet. Perfect used in drops on strawberries or Parmiggiano Reggiano, on creams and ice creams, certainly in individual consumption, tasting it alone as an elixir.
