Vinification: Trebbiano is harvested slightly early to preserve full acidity, while Malvasia is fully ripe. The two vines are then vinified together with 9 days of maceration on the skins.

Aging: Fiberglass. Without clarification and/or filtration and without added sulphites.

UNCONVENTIONAL WINE NOTES

A full drinkability for this white with a notable acidic shoulder and with the typical aromatic note of Malvasia. Another bombshell from Alchimia!

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of about 10°-12°C.
