The Domori dark chocolate recipe, made exclusively with "Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts," combines the deliciousness and creaminess of hazelnuts with the qualities of the finest cocoas. Among these, Criollo cocoa, the most aromatic, prized, and rare, gives the chocolate a delicate, rounded aroma and a balanced sweetness on the palate.
