In the vineyard:
The wide range of exposure and composition of our soils allows us to draw on all the varietal nuances, from fresh and floral notes to those richer in tannins and structure.
In the cellar:
The grapes, arriving at the cellar immediately after harvest, are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The vinification protocol includes numerous pumping overs and délestages: the goal is to fully extract all the noble compounds from the cap. A period of post-fermentation maceration follows (variable depending on the vintage) to complete the organoleptic profile. The wine then completes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
The wine:
This Sangiovese is an aromatic and intense red, capable of combining rich tannic structure with a fresh and elegant palate. The most floral and primary aroma-rich parcels are blended here, making this wine versatile and extremely enjoyable.
