Golden yellow; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasantly rich; it is expressed, in particular, with hints of ripe yellow fruits, tones of butter and honey and oxidative notes. On the palate it is fresh, sapid, creamy and of great balance.

Excellent in combination with shellfish, it is to be tried with smoked fish.
