Origin and Soil: Alt. 250 m. Exposed to South, South West.

Shallow depth of sand, layered with gravelly levels and limestone-clay interlacing.

Tasting notes: Ruby red color of intense tendency to garnet.

Elegant scent with hints of raspberries, pink and licorice. Full flavor, harmonious and long aftertaste. Nebbiolo Occhetti is a soft and elegant wine. For these features, it is well suited for hot starters, first courses and not too rich meat dishes. Serve at 16 ° C.

Vinification: Harvest began on September 29 and ended on October 1st. The grapes that came into the cellar were dirasped and pressed. The maceration lasted about 7 days at a maximum temperature of 29 ° C. Malolactic fermentation ended before winter. After a period of aging lasting about 18 months the wine was bottled.
