Pietro Macellaro's Pandoro "Pani De ORO" is a soft and delicately flavored

leavened cake with predominant notes of each

ingredient.

Made only with sourdough starter using the 3-dough technique and 3

long leavenings, its distinctive feature is the use of

whole cocoa butter, unscented (not deodorized

and extracted directly by us), which gives its extraordinary

structure truly unique aromas and flavors.

10%, powdered sugar (sugar, corn starch), pasteurized EGG yolk 6%, fresh whole pasteurized

MILK, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT, water), honey

3%, orange peel paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar),

whole wheat flour, cocoa butter, iodized salt, Bourbon vanilla pods.
