It is the first Prosecco born from a night harvest, with the idea of taking advantage of the cooler temperatures of the night to slow down the fermentation process of the freshly harvested grapes, in order to preserve their aromas and fragrances.

It is a creamy sparkling wine with a very fine and persistent perlage. It comes in a straw yellow color.

Delicate to the nose, this Prosecco DOCG Brut offers aromatic aromas, even exotic ones such as passion fruit.
