Aroma: Hints of ripe fruit, apple, and pear.
Food pairings: An excellent aperitif, suitable for all social occasions and celebrations. It pairs excellently with mixed fried fish.
Serving suggestion: Chill to 7-8°C shortly before drinking. Ideally, serve with a bucket and ice.
Recommended glass: A medium-sized white wine glass. Avoid a flute, which, while allowing for an excellent view of the perlage, does not allow the aromas to fully develop and be appreciated. The official DOCG glass is ideal.
