VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Partial fermentation in Allier tonneaux. Aged for 12 months in barriques (new and second-use), followed by blending. Aged in bottle for at least 6 months.

COLOR

Very intense garnet red.

TASTING NOTES

An intense red wine. The nose is an explosion of endless varieties of black fruits, enveloped by subtle notes of vanilla. On the palate, the aromatic component evolves towards tobacco and chocolate, with a light hint of caramel. Round, full-bodied, and intense.
