VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Aged for 12 months in Allier tonneaux (new and second/third passage), followed by blending. Aged in bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Intense ruby ​​red.

TASTING NOTES

Intense red wine. On the nose, red fruits, pink pepper, chocolate, and tobacco stand out. Vinous and full-bodied, with a persistent intensity. On the palate, the acidity and tannins are perfectly balanced in an ever-evolving texture. Extremely elegant.
