A distinctly golden color, the nose offers the unmistakable notes of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit, complemented by mineral notes in a context reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub. The palate is satisfying, full-bodied, and well-balanced between freshness and texture, with great persistence.
Vinification of Trebbiano Umbria Bianco IGT "Arnèto"
This is carried out by selecting only the finest grapes. After several days of cold maceration on the skins, the must is transferred to large Slavonian oak barrels where it ferments naturally using indigenous yeasts. The wine also undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation and remains on the lees for approximately 12 months, while clarification occurs through decantation. Bottling occurs without filtration to preserve the wine's vitality; any sediment present at the bottom of the bottle is indicative of this production method. After bottling, the wine ages in the cellar for at least 6 months before being released.
