LANDS
The Sorni vineyard, historic family property, represents for us the best terroir for the production of full, harmonious Teroldego grapes and long-lived vines. The soils of calcareous origin, the constant breeze of the Ora del Garda, the altitude of 300 meters combined with a scrupulous care of the vineyard allow us to obtain a juicy grape, rich in anthocyanins and with a ripe tannin, ideal for aging .

METHOD
The hand-picked grapes are de-stemmed and subsequently macerated both cold, in the first days, and at room temperature, in the following days and for a period of not less than three weeks. The wine thus obtained is aged in barrique for a maximum of 8 months, and then continues to refine in the bottle, until the moment of tasting.

FRUIT, SPICES AND LONGEVITY
Teroldego is the autochthonous Trentino region par excellence. Intense ruby color, notes of red fruits and hints of spices. The palate is soft, full and juicy.
