On the hills surrounding Bolzano, on porphyritic soils, the vineyards grow which give rise to a robust and at the same time elegant Chardonnay. Extraordinary balance, well-balanced acidity and excellent aging potential distinguish this particular wine.

Chardonnay variety
Cultivation area on warm, steep porphyry slopes above Bolzano at 650 m above sea level.
Harvest at the end of September
Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation and aging in barriques and tonneaus, further maturation in the bottle
Characteristics Color: intense straw yellow with slight greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense exotic notes of pineapple, mango and melon, light hints of vanilla
Taste: sustained and well-balanced acidity, pleasant mineral note
Pairing with baked fish, shellfish, white meats and poultry
