Among our creatures, a weizen could not be missing. We make it with 60% wheat malt and 40% barley malt.
The result is a beer with a beautiful straw yellow colour, fruity taste and full body, perfect as an aperitif but also to be brought to the table, where it goes particularly well with fish and white meats.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5.5% Vol.

COLOUR: Straw yellow

FOAM: Fine and compact

AROMA: Fruity with spicy notes

BODY: Well structured, round

PAIRINGS: Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with white meats or to try with fried fish

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8/10°C

STORAGE: Max 25°C in vertical position

FORMATS: Bottles of 33 cl. and 75 cl.
