That's why in our workshops you'll find only 70-year-old Artofex mixers and state-of-the-art ovens.

It was precisely during those years that Italo, with research and dedication, drawing on our roots, worked to push great leavened products a step further, with the ambition of bringing Panettone and Colomba into the new millennium.

Finally, it's thanks to his sons Cristiano and Nicolò that the brand expanded its horizons, winning awards in Italy and abroad.
