After initial training in the French cantons of Switzerland alongside Master Pastry Chef Claude Gerber and extensive experience as a consultant for the food industry, he chose to dedicate himself entirely to artisanal pastry making, encouraged by his wife, who, in 1971, encouraged him to open Pasticceria Veneto.

His philosophy is simple: strive for perfection and never give up.

A vision that has become his raison d'être, a commitment reflected in his long career, studded with successes: over 300 competitions won, prizes, and awards, both nationally and internationally.
