1 BOTTLE X 75cl.
Disgorged 2025
Maison Jacquesson's Cuvée 748 is produced from the 2020 harvest, a varietal with excellent ripeness and magnificent balance. This exquisite Extra-Brut Champagne (2 g/l) is crafted from 55% of the terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, and Champillon, and 45% of those of Avize and Oiry.
It is one of the cuvées numbered "700," renowned for their finesse, purity, and incredible aging potential. It is composed of a blend of predominantly Chardonnay, complemented by Meunier, Pinot Noir, and 24% reserve wines (from cuvées 747 to 743 and 741). On the nose, it offers notes of citrus and brioche. Its bubbles are extremely fine and airy. On the palate, it is very elegant, with notes of white fruit and a hint of wood and minerality. A refined, complex, and taut champagne.
The 748 is a grand champagne, perfect as a chic aperitif, with shellfish, poultry, or a tasty sheep's cheese. It's a wine that brings together all the estate's parcels and is offered for two different aging periods, with the second disgorgement occurring five years later for a second release under the name Cuvée 700 Dégorgement Tardif.
