In the vineyard
We select the freshest bunches to produce this wine. The wide variability of exposure and the composition of our soil draw on all our typical nuances, from fruity to floral notes. The vineyard is managed organically and artisanally.
In the cellar
After being hand-harvested, the grapes are brought to the cellar, selected on a sorting table, and placed in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Pump-over and délestage are the procedures followed during vinification, with the aim of extracting the grapes' noble compounds. Five percent of the grapes undergo carbonic maceration to obtain a product with greater freshness. Malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
The wine
This Sangiovese is an intense and bright red gastronomic wine, with great drinkability. Its freshness and floral aromas are predominant, making it versatile and extremely enjoyable.
