Description

Soft and naturally aromatic, Giusti Panettone is made from a sourdough dough enriched with the delicate sweet and sour notes of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which is also used to soften the raisins. A handcrafted creation, leavened for a long time, featuring sweet hints of red fruits for a perfect balance of fragrance and softness.

Ingredients

Ingredients: wheat flour, sultanas 17%, egg yolk, butter, sugar, natural sourdough starter (wheat flour, water), ground candied black cherry (ground cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 3.8% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulfites), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; invert sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, natural flavors. May contain soy, nuts, and mustard.
