This special extremely dense balsamic bears the name of the ancestor who invented the recipe. The use of late grapes, the slow cooking of the musts and the aging in the barrels of the old family vinegar factory make the "Riccardo Giusti" naturally sweet, full-bodied and soft on the palate. Ideal for grilled meat, fish and shellfish, it accompanies the natural sweetness of seasonal fruit and gives an original touch to desserts. It is particularly appetizing enjoyed on its own, to taste its thickness and sweetness. Ingredients: wine vinegar, cooked grape must. Contains sulfites.
