Colour: A moderately intense red wine, with hints of purple, typical of the variety

Nose : Hints of black cherries, plums, red mulberries and soft spice

Palate: Sensation of smoothness,with a fragrance of plums and red mulberries. The typical freshness of the variety is well balanced

Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C

Food matching: Cured meats, hard cheeses, lamb roasts and deep fried vegetables
