a founding partner of Azienda Agricola COS – Azienda Agricola Naturale was born.
We start with organic grapes, vinified naturally, with spontaneous fermentation on the skins and indigenous yeasts.
The natural wines we produce are flavored with organic and natural botanicals.

The first Red Natural Vermouth from organic grapes vinified naturally, with spontaneous fermentation on the skins and indigenous yeasts.
A Sicilian Vermouth, with aromatic notes of wild herbs from the Hyblaean countryside and Sicilian citrus zest.

WINE: Organic Nero d'Avola
Production area and municipality: Southeastern Sicily
Grapes: Nero d'Avola
Soil type: Limestone and siliceous interspersed with layers of fresh, compact clay
and calcareous tuff.
Winemaking techniques: Daily manual pressing and pumping over, spontaneous
fermentation with indigenous yeasts
FLAVOR: Flavoring with organic and natural botanicals, addition of alcohol and sugar.
