3 BOTTLES 75cl.
12.5% vol.
Wine of great potential, mineral, obtained from Chardonnay grapes in purity from vines raised with the spurred cordon method.
The eye has a beautiful bright straw yellow color.
On the nose it releases aromas of fresh fruit, white peach and green apple, exotic fruit, floral and citrus notes and then opens up towards more savory scents and notes of brioche bread.
On the palate it is pleasant and well structured, with a well balanced body with the great freshness that characterizes the final sip.
The winery, founded in 1755, is the oldest reality in this region and is now owned by Baron Patrick de Ladoucette. Thanks to constant work in the vineyard and the selection of the best clones, Albert Pic has managed to maintain a strong bond with the territory, giving all its labels great typicality and expressiveness.
Obtained from grapes harvested exclusively by hand and carefully selected both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
The bunches brought to the cellar are de-stemmed, crushed and gently pressed to separate the pulp from the skins. At this point, the precise will of the winery to characterize its products by enhancing what the territory is, leads to the choice of having the alcoholic fermentation carry out this Chablis only in neutral containers of steel or cement, as well as the subsequent refinement, in order not to losing its vibrant, almost nervous freshness.
