Profound elegance.
The 13 Mesi is a non-raisin white wine with great longevity. It is produced with Erbaluce grapes grown in the Cavana vineyard, at 400 meters above sea level on moraine rock soils. The cultivation is organic and environmentally friendly, the harvest is done manually and only the best bunches are selected and softly pressed. They undergo a 30-hour cryomaceration, the 12-month refinement takes place in barriques.
