Color: Clear, straw yellow with golden highlights
Nose: Clear notes of aromatic herbs and flowers (hawthorn) with hints of white fruit (Williams pear) and a spicy touch of white pepper
Taste: Fresh, intense, persistent with evident mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic.

It pairs well with fish and white meats, and medium-aged cheeses.
