A new irresistible recipe inspired by one of the most classic combinations of pastry, cherries and chocolate.

We have selected the juicy sweetness of Ferrovia cherries to enrich the soft dough of the dove, and a covering of dark chocolate to create the right balance between sweetness, perfume and aroma.

The caramelized almond grain decoration adds a touch of crunchiness and completes a dessert with a strong spring flavor, fresh and delicious.

THE CHERRIES RAILWAY

They have a heart shape, an elongated peduncle and a bright red skin, which hides a pink, firm, crunchy and juicy pulp, appreciated throughout Italy for its sweet and intense flavor. Typical of the Turi area and award-winning as "the best cherries in Italy", they are an authentic flagship of the entire cherry harvest of Puglia
