Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is soft and light textured enriched with Candied “Oranges from Sicily” peels and filling with zabaione cream. The loaf is covered with icing and decorated with granulated sugar and almonds.

Loison’s Colomba Sabayon Cream bewilders every palate with its mouthwatering zabaglione stuffing. Citrusy candied orange peels blend in with the sweetness of our zabaglione cream 100% made by Loison. Original Italian almonds from Bari and Avola and white sugar sprinkles crown this terrific Colomba.
