Produced from selected SANGIOVESE grapes, de-stemmed and left to ferment at a controlled temperature in the presence of selected yeasts in vitrified cement tanks.
It has a bright ruby red color, an intense and persistent aroma of marasca and violet, a full and dry taste with good grass and cloth.
Serve at room temperature.

De-stemming - Fermentation in vitrified cement tanks with inoculation of selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation with temperature control (28/30 degrees) - Reassembling every eight hours
