Grapes: Composed of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
Geographical location:
Vineyards located on the hills around the company center with variable exposure but predominantly south on entirely marly
soil.
Number of vines per hectare: 4,500 – 5,000 with Guyot training.
Harvest: The grapes are harvested separately, all when fully ripe.
Vinification: The whole grapes are placed in the pneumatic press, then the must after an initial racking is placed in the
temperature-controlled fermentation tanks.
The wines are assembled at the end of fermentation and remain on the fine lees for at least 7 months. 8-9 months after the
harvest it is bottled.

Organoleptic
characteristics:
Pinot Grigio gives the fruity aroma of apricot and pear, Chardonnay makes it slightly fruity and
adds hints of golden apple; finally Sauvignon completes the bouquet finely, leaving notes of white
peach at the end of the tasting.
Gastronomy: Suitable as an aperitif, accompanies appetizers, dry soups
and broths, fish-based dishes. Special with fried fish.
