75 CL BOTTLE
Classification: V.Q.P.R.D.D.O.C. Collio
Grapes: Pinot grigio
Geographical location:
Vineyards located on various hills around the company center with exposure to the south, east and west on entirely marly
soil.
Number of vines per hectare: 4,500 – 5,000 with double arched (cappuccina) and guyot training.
Winemaking: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, when perfectly ripe and in the coolest hours of the morning.
They quickly reach the cellar, where the whole grapes are softly pressed. The free-run must thus obtained, after an initial
racking, is placed in fermentation tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then remains on its
fine lees for 8-9 months and then bottled.
Alcohol content: 13.5°
Acidity: 5.1%
Organoleptic characteristics:
Straw yellow, fine and elegant, fruity and complex, it takes on a broad bouquet of fruit over time: peach and pear,
primarily. Notes of wild flowers emerge.
Gastronomy: Ideal wine for the whole meal for fish dishes, tuna and raw salmon, shellfish appetizers, light first courses
with simple sauces. Irreplaceable with Cjarsons della Carnia. Much appreciated as an aperitif.
