Indian Pale Ale whose abundant use of Pacific hops Mosaic El Dorado and Citra gives an intense, powerful and explosive aromatic profile of exotic fruit and citrus.

Delicate hints of caramel and red fruit emerge on the palate given by the toasted malts which elegantly prepare for a bitter finish, important but never excessive.

Old school IPA that wants to be an icon of that gustatory roundness often unjustly sacrificed.
