Vinification: After the harvest, the grapes are crushed and subjected to soft pressing. Once the must is obtained, it is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve the delicate aromas of the starting grape. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is placed in an autoclave, where, thanks to the action of selected yeasts, the second fermentation phase is carried out. The sparkling cycle lasts for about 40 days.

Tasting: At the sight it is a pale straw yellow, crossed by a dense weave of minute bubbles. Bringing the nose to the glass, one is struck by the intensity of the floral and fruity scent of this sparkling wine, with notes of granny apple, pear and white peach. Tasting it, you discover a dry and elegant character, which refreshes the palate, strong with an intriguing flavor.
