Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with dark chocolate chips, candied mandarins and soaked in citrus-based alcoholic syrup.

INGREDIENTS:
Soft wheat flour, alcoholic syrup (14% vol.) soaked 30% (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, citrus infusion and distillate, natural flavourings), dark chocolate chips 18% (sugar, cocoa paste, butter of cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), candied mandarins 18% (sugar, mandarins, glucose syrup from wheat, date sugar), sugar, butter (milk), pasteurized egg yolk from farm to earth, malt (barley), natural yeast (soft wheat flour, water), cocoa powder, salt.

In the same laboratory the following are processed and used: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, powdered milk, milk proteins, soy lecithin.

Product without preservatives and colorants.
