Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with candied berries, soaked in alcoholic berries syrup.
Ingredients:
type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, candied sour cherries 6% (sugar, sour cherries, glucose syrup from wheat), pasteurized whole eggs, cranberry 4% (cranberry), raspberries 4%, natural yeast, Corinth raisins, alcoholic syrup (alc. 14% vol.) of imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, glucose syrup from wheat, natural flavors: berries, vanilla) 30%, salt.
In the same laboratory we work and use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.
Product without preservatives and dyes.
