Details:

Naturally leavened baked product with candied apple cubes and soaked in Calvados-based alcoholic syrup.

Ingredients:

Soft wheat flour, alcoholic syrup (14% vol.) 30% (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, apple distillate (Calvados) 30%, natural flavors), sugar, butter (milk), pasteurized whole free-range eggs, candied apple cubes 16% (sugar, apple, wheat glucose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid), natural yeast (soft wheat flour, water), ground cinnamon, salt.

The following ingredients are processed and used in the same laboratory: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk powder, milk protein, and soy lecithin.

Product without preservatives or colorings.
