Habitation Velier Distillerie de Port-au-Prince White is made of 100% Cristalline cane from Saint-Michel-de-l'Attalaye; it is distilled the first time between 25 and 30% in a 380 liter direct fire Müller still, and a second time at 72% at the Port-au-Prince Distillery in a 1500 liter Müller still. It is an authentic homage to the unique aromas of Haiti.

Distillerie de Port-au-Prince White: another world first for the Habitation Velier range
Like all Habitation Veliers, the Distillerie de Port-au-Prince White was also born from the collaboration between Luca Gargano and the best distillers who use Pot Still stills, and who therefore produce Pure Single Rum, the category that brings together the excellence of rum. Each expression of Habitation Velier contains an original project, with unique characteristics: a world first for each distillery. Still little known, Pure Single Rum white rums are the purest expression of sugar cane or its derivatives (molasses). The vintage rums are aged entirely in a tropical climate, with an angel share of more than 8% per year, thus allowing a natural and accelerated refinement compared to European aging at the expense of the quantity produced. They are bottled barrel proof, without cold filtration, without the addition of caramel or any other element not coming from distillation.
