Vinification: pressing of the grapes in whole bunches; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, bottling of the product before the end of fermentation. No sulphites are added and no filtration is performed
Organoleptic characteristics: straw yellow color with greenish reflections, cloudy due to the presence of yeasts. On the nose there are hints of yellow fruit and in particular white fruit (e.g. apple, pear, banana) with exotic sensations. On the palate, the entry is soft with good acidity and good breadth and verticality. Correspondence between nose and palate.
Pairings: ideal as an aperitif, or in combination with dishes based on blue fish, shellfish and all cured meats
