Vinification: Selection of the grapes with particular regard to the integrity of the grapes taken to the cellar for manual selection. Soft vacuum squeezing.

Alcoholic strength: 12% vol.

Organoleptic characteristics: Light yellow colour, particularly fine, tight and persistent perlage with continuous and well-distributed chains which give a white and exuberant foam. The nose is elegant and fresh with spicy hints. On the palate it is decisive, very fresh and fruity with a mineral finish.

Pairings: It goes perfectly with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes.
