Production Area: "Roversano" vineyard, San Carlo (FC), Italy

Vine Variety: 100% Albana

Vineyard Location: 400 meters above sea level

Exposure: Southeast

Training System: Espalier with Guyot pruning

Harvest: Hand-picked in 25kg crates – early September

Soil Type: Sandy, calcareous soil with tuffaceous veins

Vinification: Grape selection, paying particular attention to the integrity of the berries brought to the cellar for manual sorting. Soft vacuum pressing.

Sensory Characteristics: Light yellow color, particularly fine, dense, and persistent perlage with continuous, well-distributed chains that produce a white, exuberant foam. On the palate, it is assertive, very fresh, and has a mineral finish.

Pairings: It pairs perfectly with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes!
