Vinification: Careful grape selection, with particular attention to sun exposure and the integrity of the bunches, which are hand-sorted. Whole-bunch pressing, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Maceration in amphorae for approximately 60 days on the skins and subsequent aging in stainless steel. Unfiltered, with no added sulfites.

Sense of Taste: Straw yellow color with golden highlights and excellent brilliance. On the nose, it is fine and aromatic: apricot, peach, orange with spicy notes of turmeric, and cumin. On the palate, it is very full, with excellent minerality and savory notes, slightly astringent with a tannic finish.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, or paired with blue fish, shellfish, and all cured meats.
