Born in Montevarchi in the final decades of the 16th century, Francesco Mochi is remembered as one of the most important Italian sculptors, among the founders of the Baroque period. It was precisely inspired by the dynamism of forms capable of combining sweetness and flavor (and exploiting the similarity between his surname and the moka pot used for coffee) that Pasticceria Bonci created Torta Mochi. A handcrafted dough made with hazelnut flour, expertly infused with the robust flavor of espresso: a unique experience for the palate, characterized by the softness of a bold flavor.

INGREDIENTS:
Alcoholic syrup (15% vol.) 30% (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, coffee infusion and distillate 30%, natural flavors), dark chocolate chips 20% (cocoa mass 48%, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), soft wheat flour, pasteurized free-range eggs, butter, sugar, chopped hazelnuts, almond flour 1%, hazelnut flour 1%, cocoa, leavening agent: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, soft wheat starch, coffee powder, salt.
Almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin are processed and used in the same facility.
Product without preservatives or colorings.
