Born in Montevarchi, Isidoro del Lungo represents one of the most brilliant minds to have shaped the transition between the 19th and 20th centuries in Italy. Appointed to the Accademia della Crusca and President of the Italian Dante Society, Isidoro was a literary critic and historian, as well as a renowned poet and writer. It is precisely in honor of him and the excellence he represents in the city's history that Pasticceria Bonci chose to create Torta Isidoro: a delightful explosion of soft deliciousness where a delicate almond flour dough meets the aromatic flavor of Amaretto liqueur.

INGREDIENTS:
Alcoholic syrup based on Amaretto (15% ABV), 30% imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, natural vanilla extract, Mediterranean almond infusion and distillate 2%, natural flavors), apricot jam 15% (apricots, sugar, thickener: pectin, citric acid), pasteurized free-range eggs, soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, almond flour 4%, peeled almond slices, leavening agent: diphosphates, sodium carbonates, soft wheat starch.
The following are processed and used in the same facility: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.
