Tasting notes
Colour: deep ruby red with typical garnet reflections.

Aroma: Complex, ample bouquet with aromas of roses and small red fruits, cocoa and balsamic hints.

Taste: elegant on the palate, seductive in its velvety and very fine tannins. Good acidity which guarantees a considerable length in the mouth and a good aging in the cellar.

Technical notes
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in wooden truncated cone vats, mololactic fermentation in barriques in spring

Refinement: One year in carefully selected French barriques of different origins. Subsequent refinement in the bottle for at least one year.

Pairings
