Description
The Nocciolato panettone is intended as a tribute to a prized fruit from the Campania region: the Giffoni round hazelnut, typical of the Salerno area, whose cultivation is very ancient. Known for its particularly aromatic flavor, it has a very firm white pulp and a perfectly rounded shape, with a highly nutritional value. The sweet panettone dough, flavored with hazelnut, is enriched with hazelnut paste gems, pieces of milk and dark chocolate and filled with a delicate and irresistible hazelnut cream, with a citrus infusion, white chocolate coating, hazelnut and Giffoni hazelnut grains.
