Description
It is inspired by the Caponata Napoletana, a poor dish typical of the Neapolitan tradition, whose protagonist is the “fresella”, a soaked toasted bread seasoned with cherry tomatoes and aubergines in oil. The soft salty leavened dough is enriched with pieces of cherry tomatoes and “cima di viola” aubergines in oil, typical of the Neapolitan territory “Agro Nocerino Sarnese”, mainly used to be preserved in oil.

soft WHEAT flour type 00, EGG yolk from free-range hens, BUTTER, MOTHER YEAST, sugar, aubergines in oil 3% (aubergines, sunflower oil, oregano, salt, garlic), dried tomatoes 3% (dried tomatoes, sunflower oil, oregano, salt, garlic), wholemeal soft WHEAT flour, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, salt, chilli, garlic powder, sorbic acid. Coating: oregano, chilli.
